Looking for an experienced service writer/manager to help run a busy German auto repair business. Must have excellent people skills, be able to use a computer to accept customers, create estimates, get authorizations, order parts and write invoices. Must be reliable and have good transportation. Pay commensurate with ability.

  • Manage the activities of service technicians
  • Oversee the service department and service drive
  • Manage service technicians and supporting staff
  • Direct the work of the service coordinators and service technicians
  • Direct overall service department operations
  • Providing training for service department employees
  • Develop parts and service personnel
  • Assist in customer service duties
  • Verify customer satisfaction and performance by service technician
  • Ensure that service personnel respond to service calls
  • Review current service department performance
  • Ensure the service technicians perform required job duties
