• Direct overall service department operations
• Providing training for service department employees
• Develop parts and service personnel
• Assist in customer service duties
• Verify customer satisfaction and performance by service technician
• Ensure that service personnel respond to service calls
• Review current service department performance
• Ensure the service technicians perform required job duties
