Responsibilities Include
• Managing incoming orders, daily paperwork, and monthly reports.
• Maintaining accurate, timely and daily updates to all customer orders, delays, refunds, returns etc.
• Responding to customer care inquires via phone, live chat, email, and social media.
• Following up on orders with delivery warehouses, internal buying teams, manufacturers, and customers.
• Following up on abandoned orders, delayed orders, service issues, etc.
• Maintaining Social Media posts
