Profil requis

Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers efficiently and accurately.
Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management to enhance products and services.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Training Assistance: Participate in training programs for new employees and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and participate in initiatives to enhance the customer service experience.
