As usual, we pay the best out of any independent shop or dealership. If you are getting paid in the “$20’s” at all as a flat rate “B Level” tech, I’d ask you to join us in 2023. If you are not making in the at least upper $30’s per hour and consider yourself an “A tech”; you too are welcome to jump 2 decades ahead.
Generally speaking, you get 2 hoists to call your own, we keep a very tech-friendly bay/tech ratio, so you are not racking and unracking vehicles.
No more warranty times. Weekends? Nope! 8-5 Monday-Friday. We pay our techs the most in Spokane and without saying for sure in North Idaho. No favorites here! This position is located at our Hayden location where you will be responsible for diagnosing, recommending, maintaining, and handling overall general repairs. This individual communicates with the foreman and Service Advisors.
