We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, friendly, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our administrative support team. If you thrive in a fast-paced office environment and love helping people, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and courteous manner

Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed

Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department

Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Support other administrative staff with routine tasks as needed

Requisitos del puesto

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment
