As a Client Services & Office Assistant , you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations. This dual-role position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Greet and assist clients in person, via phone, and email in a friendly and professional manner
Manage client inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate as necessary
Support client onboarding and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems
Coordinate client appointments and follow-up communications
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Handle general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing materials
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
