Key Responsibilities:



Client Services:

  • Greet and assist clients in person, via phone, and email in a friendly and professional manner

  • Manage client inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate as necessary

  • Support client onboarding and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems

  • Coordinate client appointments and follow-up communications

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction



Office Administration:

  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry

  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory

  • Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing materials

  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment

  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
