Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide administrative support, and ensure a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities: 
 
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Process orders, forms, and applications.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Gather customer feedback and report to management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications: 
 
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Proven customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
