  • Provide general administrative and office support

  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls

  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases

  • Prepare reports, documents, and meeting materials

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars

  • Support procurement, inventory, and office supplies management

  • Assist with data entry and basic financial or HR administration

  • Ensure compliance with office procedures and policies



Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
