As service advisor, you serve as a business card and ambassador for our company. You are usually the first and last person to deal with all of the customers and vendors. CT's Automotive is not looking for your typical sales person. Our company thrives on building relationships one vehicle at a time. Our advisor will have a high standard for customer care, a basic understanding of the automotive mechanics and knack for consulting with customers on automotive care using honest and knowledge based analysis and explanation. At CT's Automotive, we see our advisors as a partner to our customers in caring for their automotive needs, keeping their car safe and reliable and working with them on a plan that fits the customers needs while maintaining the company's goals. Requisitos del puesto

  • Act as business card of the company by upholding integrity and compassion in customer care
  • Advising and selling services and repairs to customers
  • Maintain the highest customer service standards and positive attitude
  • Attend pertinent PAID training on request
  • Collect and document customer's vehicle and concerns accurately and clearly on repair order
  • Create honest and accurate estimates on recommendations
  • Perform vehicle delivery with customer when service work is complete
  • Refer to service history, technician recommendations, and manufacturer maintenance schedule for repairs
  • Address and resolve customer complaints
  • Managing own work in process within company expectations
  • Understand KPI's to exceed performance standards
  • Foster a culture of team work with technicians, staff, customers and vendors
  • Work to make customer experience unbeatable with expert knowledge and great service skills
