We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a key part of our sales floor, you will assist customers, drive sales, and ensure an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
Assist with product selection and provide in-depth product knowledge
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Handle customer questions, returns, and complaints efficiently
Stay up to date on current promotions, products, and company policies
Qualifications:
Prior retail or sales experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic, reliable, and team-oriented
Ability to work flexible shifts,
Basic math and computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent
