About the Role:
We are currently seeking a professional and reliable Remote Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will provide virtual front desk services, including answering calls, responding to inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service — all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally

  • Greet callers, take messages, and/or transfer calls as appropriate

  • Respond to email and chat inquiries in a timely manner

  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed

  • Maintain accurate records of communication and messages

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and virtual communication tools

  • Quiet home office setup with reliable internet connection
