We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely. This role is perfect for someone with strong multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent support in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and virtual events for team members and clients.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain office documents, files, and databases with attention to detail.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operations.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to remote working tools.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
