Requisitos del puesto

• Prepare estimates of work hours parts and materials
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues
• Assign, and inspect the work of the staff
• Maintain time and production records
• Close out guest accounts at time of check
• Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair equipment, electrical components and special purpose machines
• Maintain the shop and storage yard in a clean, uncluttered manner
• Listen actively and take direction from Manager regarding daily work priorities
• Ensure all injuries and accidents are properly investigated and reported immediately or within 24 hours maximum
• Instill and maintain an attitude of team spirit
• Recommend, and implement measures to improve machines and plant equipment to maximize efficiency
• Ensure orders are accurate to prevent returns, customer delays and other cost factors such as time and manpower
• Increase efficiency of work crew
• Manage a team of maintenance mechanics
• Handle and dispose of all fluids as defined by MSDS and in accordance with all Federal, State and local regulations
• Verify accuracy of selecting, packing, weighing, marking, and counting of tires for customer orders
