We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our office and administrative operations. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, maintain records, and assist with daily office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, in person)

  • Resolve complaints and provide accurate information

  • Maintain customer records and perform data entry

  • Support general administrative and front desk duties



Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (higher qualification is an advantage)

  • Experience in customer service or office support preferred

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
