Macy’s, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our shoppers and deliver an exceptional in-store and online experience.
Assist customers with questions, purchases, returns, and account support
Provide friendly, accurate service across phone, chat, and in-person interactions
Resolve issues promptly and follow Macy’s service standards
Maintain customer records and follow-up as needed
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
Basic computer and customer service skills
Prior retail or service experience is a plus
