Responsibilities


  • Assist customers with questions, purchases, returns, and account support

  • Provide friendly, accurate service across phone, chat, and in-person interactions

  • Resolve issues promptly and follow Macy’s service standards

  • Maintain customer records and follow-up as needed



Requirements


  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Basic computer and customer service skills

  • Prior retail or service experience is a plus
