Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Manage customer accounts and process orders or requests efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve customer service processes and provide feedback to management.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a professional phone demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and stay organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • A positive, friendly attitude and a passion for helping customers.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to necessary remote working tools.
