We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff and management
Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as requested
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Assist in organizing company events or meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
High level of discretion and professionalism
