Job Requirements



Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the service calendar

  • Process payments, create invoices, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks

  • Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy

  • Support the service team with administrative duties as needed

  • Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized

  • Handle incoming mail, email, and other communications



Requirements:


  • Previous experience in reception or administrative support preferred

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Proficiency with computers and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, POS systems)

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

  • Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required
