Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Delivery Associate. This role combines excellent customer service with prompt, accurate delivery of goods to our clients. A background check may be required.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver products to customers promptly and professionally
Provide friendly and helpful service during each interaction
Handle delivery documentation and ensure order accuracy
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Assist with resolving delivery-related issues when needed

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if delivery is via vehicle)
Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Ability to lift and carry packages as needed
