Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced automotive technician with problem solving skills, attention to detail and customer satisfaction driven. We are a small shop with large amounts of work, and a large customer base. We're known for being trustlworthy and fair and require a technician that is the same, while also able to perform in a way that keeps our customers happy.

Job Requirements

  • Tech must have his/her own tools to perform jobs
  • NC State Inspection Certification a plus but not required
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Complete automotive service and repair work
  • Perform major and minor repairs on vehicles
  • Perform quality vehicle service maintenance and repairs
  • Identify necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Suggested repairs match the repair complaint
  • Recommend comprehensive repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
  • Complete all automotive maintenance and repairs to include: engine repair, headgasket and timing chain, gas and some diesel, manual transmission diagnosis and repair
  • Complete all automotive maintenance and repairs to include: suspension and steering diagnosis and repair, brake diagnosis and repair, and routine maintenance.
  • Basic Knowledge of diagnostic tools and computers to identify vehicle system failure.
  • Diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, steering, suspension, brakes and air conditioning to required specifications
  • Ability to perform jobs on commission basis.
