Service Manager

We are a rapidly growing Automotive Repair Facility looking for a detail-oriented Service Manager to join our team!

We are looking for a manager to lead our team in our everyday shop operations. This will include service advising, front counter and managing a team of technicians. The individual we are seeking must display strong leadership, customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

● Directing the day-to-day workflow and managing the front end and technicians.

● Service Writing

● Maintaining the front counter and ensuring its efficiency.

● Resolving any issue that arises at the service desk or in the shop to maintain the highest level of customer service and productivity.

● Helping train any new employees.

● Ensuring technician and front-end efficiency

Qualifications

● High School Diploma or GED

● At least 5 years in the Automotive Industry.

● Excellent Leadership, communication, sales and customer service skills.

● Computer Literacy and good organizational skills.

● The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Valid Drivers License.

● Proven Leadership and Managing Experience.

● Team Focus Mindset.

● Knowledge with Tekmetric a plus.

Charlies Complete Auto Service has been in business 20 years this August. Charlie and Michelle started this shop as a 2-bay garage behind a gas station. We have since moved into a 14-bay shop and have a consistently growing customer base. What stands us apart from others is we do everything from oil changes to transmissions to programming and ADAS calibrations. We consistently upgrade our equipment and train our employees to keep up with the current vehicles on the road.
