SUMMARY
A Heavy-Duty Alignment Technician (truck & trailer) diagnoses, repairs and aligns steering, suspension, and frame systems on big rigs, trailers and heavy equipment, replace worn parts, ensure safety, and maintain performance to manufacturer specs, requiring strong mechanical skills and precise measurements.
Experience preferred, but willing to train and must have own tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES - Other duties may be assigned.
-Diagnosis: Inspect and diagnose steering, suspension, axle, wheel, and frame issues.
-Alignment: Perform precise wheel alignments on heavy trucks, buses, and trailers using advanced
alignment systems.
-Repairs: Repair or replace components like tie rods, kingpins, bushings, springs, and
steering/suspension parts.
-Documentation: Accurately record all work, parts, and labor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screening.
-Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
-Attention to detail.
