Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Support other administrative staff with routine tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment
Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-player attitude
