Position Summary:


We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Customer Service Representative to support our administrative team and ensure a smooth, positive experience for our clients. This role involves direct communication with customers, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and ensuring inquiries and requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

Job Requirements



Primary Duties:

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person

  • Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues in a timely manner

  • Enter and update data accurately in internal systems

  • Support general office operations, including document management and scheduling

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure client satisfaction

  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to support customers effectively




Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; further education is a plus

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable working with office software and data entry systems

  • Well-organized, dependable, and able to prioritize tasks
