We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Customer Service Representative to support our administrative team and ensure a smooth, positive experience for our clients. This role involves direct communication with customers, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and ensuring inquiries and requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person
Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues in a timely manner
Enter and update data accurately in internal systems
Support general office operations, including document management and scheduling
Coordinate with various departments to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to support customers effectively
High school diploma or GED required; further education is a plus
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
