We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. You’ll handle day-to-day administrative tasks, support team members, and ensure operations stay organized and efficient.
Manage schedules, emails, and phone calls.
Prepare and organize documents and reports.
Maintain records and filing systems.
Order supplies and coordinate with vendors.
Support meetings, events, and general office operations.
Previous administrative or office experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
